Unfortunately, we do not provide a pre-paid label. Eligible returns and exchange will be accepted at the customer’s shipping expense. Please Email us about your return & exchanges to haru.customer@gmail.com and use the packaging included in your original purchase to send your item(s) back to the following address.

DOMESTIC ORDERS

We offer free shipping for United States domestic orders. Please note that we cannot ship to PO Boxes or any FPO/APO addresses.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We offer flat-rate international shipping – all orders should arrive to their destinations within 8-14 business days. Eligible returns will be accepted at the customer’s shipping expense. Upon arrival to the destination country, INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY BE SUBJECT TO DUTIES AND TAXES BILLED BY THE DESTINATION COUNTRY’S CUSTOMS DEPARTMENT. The recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over such charges and cannot predict what they may be. We are not responsible for customs or transit delays.

Economy International (8-14 business days) – $15.00

All items take about 24 – 48hrs to process before shipping, excluding weekends.

Orders placed Monday – Friday after 11AM PST will begin processing the next business day.

Orders placed on Friday after 11AM PST or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. HARU. will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order.

HARU. does not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or company observed holidays. The following holidays are observed:

• July 5th – the day after Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Black Friday – the day after Thanksgiving

All orders ship with delivery confirmations which can be used to track your package. We are unable to provide tracking information beyond that supplied by the carrier. Please note that we cannot guarantee precise delivery dates.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. If you need to make a change to your shipping address, contact us from HERE as soon as possible. We can change the address as long as the package has not left our facility. Unfortunately, we cannot reroute a package once it has shipped.

At the present time, HARU. is not able to offer shipping to PO BOXES, APOS and FPOS.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

If you want to change your order for any reason, we are happy to request a cancellation so a new purchase can be made. Address amendments may only be completed prior to your order shipping. Please note once your order has shipped, we will not be able to change or cancel your shipment with the courier.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If an order is refused at delivery you will not be refunded shipping costs and/or any duties and taxes incurred. We strongly urge you to review your order prior to shipment.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We cannot accept the return due to not what I expected, mistaken purchases, and size didn’t match. We provide exchange for the size matching for domestic USA orders.*Unfortunately, we do not accept EXCHANGES from international orders.

All returns must be in their original, unused, unaltered, unwashed condition, and have all original packaging by the original purchase receipt can be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery.

All unworn, unused merchandise accompanied by the original purchase receipt can be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned to us in original condition. Make sure all items are exactly how you received them. The shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface, and can show no signs of wear and dirt. The shoe bag must be returned inside the shoebox, as this is considered part of the product.

Please use the original packaging included in your shipment to return item(s). Once our quality control team has approved the returned item(s), your refund will be credited directly back to the original form of payment used or you can choose our store credit. Your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days from when your return is received. Exchange orders will ship within 1-2days of the original item being received back to us.

We do not offer price adjustments and refund the shipping fee.

  • Make sure to send the items in an appropriately-sized parcel and durable, in the original box. Also, please include the wrapping paper and the shoe bag with the product.
  • Post the parcel with a carrier of your choice.
  • Please keep your shipment receipt and tracking number.
